1. About PassPoint ABA

PassPoint ABA provides independent educational and study-preparation materials related to applied behavior analysis and professional examination preparation.

PassPoint ABA is an independent resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

PassPoint ABA materials do not contain actual BACB examination questions.

2. Study Materials Are Not a Guarantee

PassPoint ABA is a study aid.

Practice scores, question performance, explanations, and other results do not predict or guarantee a passing or failing result on any certification examination.

PassPoint ABA does not guarantee that use of its materials will result in certification, licensure, employment, academic credit, or any other professional outcome.

3. Accounts

Some PassPoint ABA products require an account.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information;
• maintaining control of your login credentials;
• using your account only for your own access;
• notifying PassPoint ABA if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not sell, transfer, share, or provide another person with access to your account for the purpose of allowing that person to use paid PassPoint ABA materials.

4. Purchases and Access

Mock Exam A is currently offered as a one-time digital purchase.

The purchase provides ongoing account-based access with no scheduled expiration, subject to these Terms, the Refund Policy, technical availability, and any lawful or security-related restriction on access.

A purchase does not transfer ownership of the exam questions, explanations, graphics, software, or other PassPoint ABA content to you.

Prices and promotional offers may change for future purchases. A later price change does not alter a previously completed purchase.

5. Personal-Use License

A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased study material for your own study.

You may take ordinary personal study notes based on the material.

You may not:

• reproduce or distribute PassPoint ABA question banks or substantial portions of them;
• publicly post paid questions or explanations;
• share paid exam content with other people;
• resell or sublicense access;
• systematically copy, scrape, extract, download, or compile the paid question bank;
• bypass or attempt to defeat access controls;
• use PassPoint ABA content to create or populate a competing question bank, study product, or commercial service.

6. Exam Functionality and Results

PassPoint ABA may provide timed practice, pause/resume functions, scoring, response review, explanations, and account-saved results.

The website and its functionality may evolve over time.

Submitted results and response-review information may remain associated with your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Source References

Some explanations include references to third-party source materials to help users locate relevant material for further study.

A reference does not mean that the referenced author, publisher, organization, or rights holder sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with PassPoint ABA.

Third-party books, standards, codes, and other materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the PassPoint ABA Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party material identified as belonging to others, PassPoint ABA's original website content, question wording, explanations, graphics, branding, and software are owned by or licensed for use by PassPoint ABA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

"BACB," "BCBA," and other BACB-owned certification marks belong to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Their descriptive use on PassPoint ABA does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use PassPoint ABA to:

• violate applicable law;
• interfere with site security or operation;
• attempt unauthorized access to another user's account;
• use automated systems to extract protected study content;
• distribute malicious software;
• commit payment fraud or identity fraud.

11. Availability

PassPoint ABA works to provide reliable access but does not promise that the website will operate without interruption or error at all times.

Temporary maintenance, technical failures, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside PassPoint ABA's reasonable control may affect availability.

12. Third-Party Services
