3. Payment Information
Payment collection is hosted by Stripe.
PassPoint ABA receives and stores transaction-related information needed to identify and reconcile purchases and refunds, but does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes in its application database.
4. Service Providers
PassPoint ABA uses service providers to operate the website and business.
These include services used for:
- authentication and database/storage infrastructure;
- payment processing;
- website infrastructure and delivery;
- email delivery if you choose to receive email communications.
These providers process information according to the services they provide and their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
5. Supabase
PassPoint ABA uses Supabase for functions that include authentication, database services, protected storage, and backend application functions.
6. Stripe
PassPoint ABA uses Stripe for hosted checkout, payment processing, and payment/refund event handling.
Payment credentials entered into Stripe's hosted interface are handled by Stripe rather than stored in PassPoint ABA's application database.
7. Email Communications
Account-related emails, such as confirmation or password-recovery messages, may be necessary to operate your account.
Marketing or study-update emails are separate from core account operation.
When PassPoint ABA offers a marketing subscription, the purpose of the subscription should be identified where the email is collected.
8. Data Retention
PassPoint ABA retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- operate accounts and purchased access;
- preserve exam results and review features;
- maintain transaction and refund records;
- address disputes, fraud, security, and support issues;
- satisfy applicable legal, tax, accounting, or recordkeeping needs.
Some purchase, refund, security, or system records may remain after an account is no longer active.
A refund does not necessarily delete prior exam or transaction records.
9. Privacy Requests
You may contact PassPoint ABA with questions or requests concerning your personal information.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information.
PassPoint ABA may need to retain certain information where reasonably necessary for transactions, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
